Colors, choreography, drama, movements, music, fun.

These are the words synonymous to the festival that San Carlos is famous for. Held every 5th of November, the contest among the 18 barangays clustered into threes or fours, the Pintaflores has garnered several awards around the region.
Still in search for a true identity, the Pintaflores has evolved into a celebration that is very unique and worth coming for.
